Ceramic Soap Dish

Handmade ceramic soap dish with a combination of my cream and green glazes. These soap dishes have a spiral texture to ensure soap does not stick or sit in water. Dimensions 9cm wide Care Ceramics are fired to 1260 degrees and therefore are suitable to be microwaved or washed in a dishwasher.

All ceramics are handmade in my pottery studio in South Fawley, Berkshire. The pottery is made in small batches of around 30 pieces and if carefully formed over a two day period. After the pieces have dried for a week, they are then fired to 1000 degrees Celsius in my kiln. I then mix my glazes from powders before dipping and pouring the ceramics to create beautiful glaze patterns.
